BIO
Andrei Bok is a photojournalist, born in Russia.
While studying at the Polytechnic Institute in Saint Petersburg, he began working with film photography in a darkroom at a student club. In 2015, he earned a bachelor’s degree in physics.
In 2021, he worked as a staff photographer for the media outlet Prufy.ru in the city of Ufa. After six months, he continued working as a freelance photojournalist in Saint Petersburg, collaborating with various news outlets and agencies.
He is developing himself as a news photographer, documenting events in different cities across Russia, and also works on long-term photo projects exploring social and political issues in the country.
